    Listing your business on MLI Global allows you to showcase your products, services, and contact details.

    3. Account & Listings

    • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

    • We reserve the right to modify or remove listings that contain false, offensive, or prohibited content.

    • Listings are reviewed before publication for quality assurance.

    4. Payments

    • Listing fees (e.g., ₹699 per listing) are non-refundable once approved and published.

    • Payments are securely processed via PayU / UPI.

    • Any disputes must be reported within 7 business days of payment.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website (logo, design, graphics, and text) is owned by MLI Global and protected under applicable copyright laws.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    MLI Global provides listing and promotional services only.
    We are not responsible for the products or services offered by businesses listed on our platform.

    7. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our Terms or submitting misleading information.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tumkur, Karnataka.
